mission-finops engage --help
How I work.
I scope the smallest useful engagement first. Bring the cost question, decision, or capability gap.
AWS Cost Investigation
Answer a material cost question with documented evidence, confidence limits, ownership and next actions.
Under $50,000 a month on AWS: free.
The full investigation, no consulting fee.
Above $50,000 a month: $5,000 USD, fixed.
Half on start, half on delivery. Roughly two weeks.
If the investigation does not produce an explanation your engineers confirm and your finance team can defend, you do not pay the second half.
You receive a downloadable artifact containing the findings, the supporting evidence, the contradicting evidence, and the recommended next steps, plus a call to walk through it.
Want your engineers in it?
Run it as a Shadow Investigation. Your team works the question alongside me and the method transfers to them. Same engagement, different shape.
Worked together before?
Investigation Partner gives you lightweight access when the next question appears.
engage --init
How all engagements begin.
Thirty minutes, free. A live look at your bill or your architecture, no slides. You leave with one written finding, sent after, whether or not you hire me. Bring the messy question.
Cost, a stalled migration, an architecture nobody trusts are all valid inputs. No commitment, no sales process. I understand the question and decide whether I can genuinely help.
If the question is not mine to answer, I say so. If it requires something I do not offer, I say that too.
